Hey, I´m Ania!
Yoga found me by accident during a vacation—what was meant to be a Pilates class turned into a serendipitous discovery of yoga, and my life has never been the same.
I had always been passionate about sports, enjoying swimming, workouts, Pilates, biking, and more, yet something was missing. Yoga offered a completely different approach: no competition, no pressure, just self-study, observation, learning, and personal development. Since that first transformative class, I have truly come to believe that yoga can change lives for the better.
In 2012, I completed my teacher training and have been sharing my passion ever since, teaching multiple classes every week. I embrace a creative, dynamic, and sometimes even playful teaching style that challenges both body and mind, and brings joy to my students. As a Vinyasa Yoga teacher with extensive training in various styles—including Ashtanga, Anusara, TriYoga, Hatha, and Yin—I’ve crafted my own unique approach. My classes blend dynamic power yoga with mobility and creative flows, ensuring that my students not only build strength and flexibility but also discover a deeper connection to themselves. Teaching yoga isn’t just a career—it’s my calling, and it fills my heart every day.

In this energizing 15-minute session, I guide you through a focused sequence to open the chest, strengthen the back, and improve posture—whether seated or standing.
We begin with shoulder rolls, cat-cow, and dynamic arm movements, followed by heart-opening poses like Sphinx, Puppy, Dolphin, and Bridge. Playful elements like the walking bridge add balance and coordination.
We close with Fish Pose and grounding stretches, leaving you feeling open, strong, and uplifted. Perfect for anyone who spends long hours sitting or wants to improve posture gently and effectively.

Diese sanfte 30-Minuten-Einheit ist deine Auszeit zum Durchatmen – ideal am Morgen, in der Pause oder abends zum Runterkommen. Der Fokus liegt auf Stressabbau, bewusster Atmung und wohltuenden Dehnungen.
Wir starten ruhig mit Sitzhaltungen, sanfter Mobilisation und Atemübungen, um ganz bei dir anzukommen – ohne Druck, ohne Leistung.
Für Anfänger*innen und erfahrene Yogis gleichermaßen geeignet – ein achtsames Ritual für neue Energie im Alltag.

Not at all! Flexibility is a result, not a requirement. My classes are designed to help you build strength and mobility at your own pace—whether you're a total beginner or already experienced.
My foundation is in Vinyasa Yoga, but I also integrate elements from Ashtanga, Hatha, Anusara, TriYoga, and Yin. My style is dynamic, creative, and at times playful—always with a strong connection to breath and alignment.
Absolutely. I offer variations for every level and encourage you to listen to your body. You’ll always be supported in finding what feels right for you
In the "Content" tab, scroll down and A yoga mat, a quiet space, and ideally a block or cushion. A blanket and a strap (or belt) can also be helpful—but most importantly, bring your breath and an open mind. I also offer i a free list of things I recommend.
Yes, with a few modifications. Please let me know in advance so I can guide you safely through the practice or suggest specific sessions tailored to your needs.
Both! You can join my weekly live sessions via Zoom, or practice anytime with my on-demand video library. I also offer occasional live events and retreats.
That depends on your schedule and goals. Even 10–20 minutes a day can make a big difference. Consistency is more important than duration.
Yes! I offer 1:1 sessions—online or in person—for a more personalized experience. These are great if you want to work on specific goals or need tailored support.
Both! Many of my videos are in German, but I also offer sessions and retreats in English. Let me know your preference, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
And as I am from Poland I also speak Polish.
My goal is to create a space where movement, breath, and emotion come together. I teach from the heart—with intuition, playfulness, and deep knowledge. It’s not about “perfect poses,” but about how you feel when you move.
