From there, I shape the session entirely around your needs.

I carefully observe what your body needs and adjust the pace, exercises, and intensity in the moment.

I guide you step by step through your personal session – whether it’s mobility, strength, breathwork, or relaxation.
We adjust pace, exercises, and intensity together.

At the end, there’s space for relaxation and brief reflection.
You can ask questions or share what you noticed or felt.
If you wish, you’ll receive small exercises to support your daily life.
