A mat would be useful. Everything else is optional.

I get to know your body, goals, limitations, and daily habits. Based on that, I create your personal routine and send it to your email address.

6. Can I do the routine if I have pain?

In most cases, yes—because the routine is adjusted to your needs.
For acute or medically unclear pain, we recommend getting professional clearance first.

7. How often should I do the routine?

Ideally: daily.
Realistically: 4–6 times per week.

8. What if I’m not flexible enough or can’t do certain poses?

That’s exactly why this is personalized. We adapt everything to your mobility, strength, and current abilities. No pressure to be perfect—only progress.
