Monthly Live Practice & Q&A

Once a month, I host a live session on YouTube exclusively for the community.

Each session is unique and responds to what’s relevant right now —
your questions, your challenges, your body.

The live session usually includes:

  • around 30 minutes of guided practice

  • followed by a live Q&A

  • time for individual questions and clarification

During the Q&A, I often explain movements visually,
so you can see and understand exactly what I mean —
not just hear it.

You can join live or watch the replay later.

This session is not about performance or perfection.
It’s about connection, clarity and real-life guidance.
