Once a month, I host a live session on YouTube exclusively for the community.
Each session is unique and responds to what’s relevant right now —

The live session usually includes:
around 30 minutes of guided practice
followed by a live Q&A
time for individual questions and clarification
During the Q&A, I often explain movements visually,
so you can see and understand exactly what I mean —
not just hear it.
