This 10-minute strength & mobility routine is designed especially for women over 40 who want to feel strong, mobile and at home in their bodies — without heavy lifting, without pain, and without pushing past their limits.

I created this practice from my own experience.

After 40, I realized that lifting heavier wasn’t making me feel better. What truly changed everything was functional movement with my own body weight — movements that build strength and protect mobility at the same time.


This is how I move today.

And this is why I feel clear in my head, grounded in my center, strong in my body — with more energy and no pain.
